1. Data Protection Information

On May 25th 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter GDPR) comes into effect. This information concerns data processing in relation to the online presence www.lukevent.com (website) of Lukevent AG (plc.).

1.1. Preparation of the website and purposes of data processing

No personal data is processed in the preparation of the website.

1.1.1. Responding to email requests

If you send us an email using the email address found on our website we process your personal data as received by us from you in our own legitimate interests, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f) of the GDPR. We do this in order to respond to your request.

1.1.2. How long is personal data stored?

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the objective for which it was originally transmitted. In the case where you send us a message by email we will delete your personal data at the latest when the statutary limitation period has expired or, if an offer or contract results, when the statutory requirements of commercial, trade or fiscal law have been fulfilled or have expired.

We do not employ external data processing services.

We process your personal data according to clause 2 of this data protection information on the basis of our legitimate interest to inform you about our services and products, as part of our marketing activities, to respond to your complaints, to prevent against misuse, fraud, payment defaults, to safeguard our legal interests (if necessary in court), to enforce and/or defend our legal interests. Should you withdraw your permission for us to process your data we must however process the relevant personal data in order to respond to your request. 2. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
